Double-sided LP

This is identical to a buy-side LP followed by a sell-side LP. And, unlike single-sided LPs (buy-side or sell-side LPs), the LP creator of a double-sided LP can define an lp-fee to collect fees as a percentage of every buy or sell transaction with the LP.
